Dimitrina Papagalska graduated with excellence her bachelor’s and master’s degree in intellectual property at the University of National and World Economy (UNWE). She specializes in the field of intellectual property in the television industry and in 2018 she successfully presented her dissertation, obtaining an educational and scientific degree “Doctor”.Dimitrina certified in several courses of the World Intellectual Property Organization Academy, Acumen Academy, International Program for Development Evaluation Training (IPDET), etc. She is a chief assistant professor at the Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer Department at UNWE, where she teaches to bachelors and masters students and performs a number of managerial and administrative functions during the years.

In parallel with her work at UNWE, Dimitrina’s desire to contribute to the transformation of the education system preceding that of higher education, as well as her desire to transfer her skills and her specific expertise in the private sector, took her to the Center for Creative Training, where for a period of three years she grew professionally by successively holding the positions of “Training Coordinator”, “Organizational Knowledge Management Specialist” and “Organizational Development Director”.

Dimitrina has experience in coordinating a number of projects with the participation of state institutions, private and non-governmental organizations, as well as over 7 years of experience in organizing numerous national and international events. In Foundation Lachezar Tsotsorkov she is an Operations Manager.

She is a member of Media Literacy Coalition and Digital Republic Association. She is a guest lecturer on copyright issues and digital learning platforms.
