Elena embarked on her professional journey as a project coordinator within one of Bulgaria’s premier PR agencies. In this role, she actively contributed to the planning and execution of both local and international events, press conferences, and product presentations. Driven by her profound interest in brand communications, Elena transitioned to the client service team of a renowned international advertising agency. Here, she was afforded the opportunity to spearhead campaigns for a diverse array of products and services, honing further her expertise in advertising.

Following her successful stint in this area, Elena charted a new course in marketing management, gaining invaluable experience in brands development, particularly within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. The latter and longest part of her career was dedicated entirely to the marketing of consumer healthcare products, where she played an integral role as a senior strategy manager at multinational companies.

A passion for making a meaningful impact on people’s lifes and a deep-seated commitment to a greater cause have become integral aspects of Elena’s professional motivation, fueling her desire to contribute to the non-profit sector. With a wealth of experience in healthcare project management, Elena seamlessly found her calling and purpose in this arena.
