Miglena Nikiforova is a certified educational manager with experience in various educational and governmental institutions. She developed State Educational Standards for professions from the List of professions for professional education and training. She is a trainer of pedagogical specialists on curricula that are approved by the Ministry of Education and Science. As an external expert at the National Institute of Education Miglena participates in analyzing the quality of school results.
She actively participated in various NGOs on projects related to the education and training of hearing-impaired children.
Miglena wishes to contribute with the acquired skills and competences to improving the educational results of teachers and students and facilitating their realization on the labor market.
