Velislava Tsotsorkova is a corporate lawyer and a member of the Sofia Bar Association since 2015. She is a graduate of Queen Mary University of London, School of Law, London, United Kingdom with LLM in Commercial and Corporate Law (2013 – 2014) and of Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, Faculty of Law, Sofia, Bulgaria with general Master of Laws (2007 – 2012). Ms. Tsotsorkova is fluent in English and Bulgarian (mother tongue) and has a working knowledge of Spanish.

Velislava Tsotsorkova is one of the founders and managing partners of the boutique law office Hristova, Jivkov & Tsotsorkova (“HJT”), based in Sofia, Bulgaria. The HJT’s clients’ list includes both large international companies and medium and small-sized business operations in various business fields, including IT, energy, real estate and construction, etc.

As a member of the Management Board of LACHEZAR TSOTSORKOV FOUNDATION and a lawyer with extensive experience in the area of commercial and corporate law, Velislava Tsotsorkova has participated in the creation of the legal framework of the family foundation and its proper implementation in line with the family values and vision.
