Rendering financial support for the campaign, organized by Strelcha municipality for raising funds for restoration of the bust of Ivan Angelov Baltov, an eminent participant in the April uprising and delegate in the meeting in Oborishte.
The monument was erected in honour of 100-anniversary of the April uprising in 1976 and comprises a granite pedestal and a bronze bust. In the 90-ies of the past century a part of the monument has been stolen and the pedestal is compromised. The monument needs urgent restoration as a respect to the historical memory of Bulgaria.
