Operational support or unlimited/core funding is granted to support the beneficiary’s mission and is not earmarked for specific projects or programmes. Thus, the beneficiary receives a stable and reliable source of funding for a certain period of time (several years) to use at their discretion and meet their operational, strategic or emergency needs.
Operational support ultimately aims at building or enhancing the beneficiary’s organisational capacity with a view to establishing their robust and resilient positions.
Operational support is granted upon the invitation of the Lachezar Tsotsorkov Foundation to organisations with which it has worked in the past.
